Ok, so here's the glaceon hat I've been mentioning. I got the ears to stick up with wire, but they feel a little weird on the inside of the hat when I wear it. It's kind of impractical, but the design came out nice.  Glaceon and all the pokemon are (c) Gamfreak Nintendo.
